We are currently seeking an Administration Officer to join our Content Team on a full time basis.
The primary duties of the Administration officer include: - Answering help desk and general telephone enquiries
- Managing all incoming email help desk enquiries
- Making followup phone calls to check currency of information
- Researching and checking information online
- Accurately updating a number of databases across several projects
- General office administration and organisation
The selection criteria for this position are: - High level of personal and written communication skills, in particular, a professional telephone manner.
- Proven ability to manage a broad range of activities and respond to specific issues within a short period of time.
- Proven ability to work in a team environment and on an individual basis.
- A good working knowledge of computers.
- The ability to adapt and learn new systems quickly.
An attractive salary package will be negotiated with the successful applicant based on qualifications and experience.

 A website developed and maintained by Human Solutions, PrivateHealth.gov.au was recently awarded ‘Best Comparison Site’ in the annual NetGuide Australian Web Awards for 2007.
The 'Best Comparison Site' category recognises the site that provides the best comparison service and gives visitors enough information to make informed choices.
Samantha Gavel and David McGregor from the Private Health Insurance Ombudsmans Office attended the breakfast award ceremony on 12 March 2008 to collect the award.

The NetGuide Australian Web Awards were awarded to sites in 20 categories including Google (best search site), Zazz (best online shopping site) and ninemsn Money (best finance site).
Websites are nominated by readers of the Australian NetGuide magazine, which is the country’s top selling Internet magazine. Over 7000 nominations were received for the 2007 Awards.
